In this project, with the help of a digital collage of archival materials, I am completing a reality where a dialogue between me-now and me-before, as well as between different generations of the family at different points in time, is possible, realized and can be seen by the viewer. Visually, these are threads from correspondence, where the title message is my thoughts when analyzing my mother’s archive, after her passing away, and family members and myself participate in the discussion.
The project is currently in progress, and additional threads will be collected in the zin.
